We empower women in a number of ways: through the content we share, the experiences we create and connecting them to networks to expand their careers or grow their businesses.
Our Core Pillars
Our purpose is to bring women together to learn, grow and thrive in all areas of their lives. We understand that as multidimensional beings, women are driven by various factors including running thriving businesses, climbing up the corporate ladder, taking care of their families and leading fabulous, purposeful lives.
We have set up our platform to support women in all these areas of their lives, with the main aim helping them to fully take charge of their present and future. We'd like to support our community to feel inspired as modern empowered women that define success on their own terms and make their unique mark in the world.

Mentorship Programme
She’s Empowered Mentorship Programme was founded with the aim to empower women with personal and professional skills that will enable them to reach their full potential and thrive in their chosen fields. The Programme is premised on the philosophy of paying it forward. The mentorship is offered completely free or charge and is open to all Namibian women looking to develop their personal and professional skills, and achieve long-term success.
Connect and Network
Our events are thoughtfully curated to provide a safe and empowering space for women to network, exchange ideas and connect with each other. The purpose is to create an environment that enable networking opportunities and for the women to make meaningful connections with other like-minded women, explore collaborative possibilities, inspire one another and leave the space feeling extremely empowered.
